HOW IT WORKS
Owner-provided model, in preparation and subject to legal review. The standard model uses 10,000 shares; individual sample records below retain their supplied share totals.

Land is secured on a fixed date. Permits form part of the preparation before construction.

Each phase has its own London SPV Ltd owning a Turkish limited company that holds land and construction. The standard model divides each project into 10,000 shares.

Membership is paid by card. Investments are made only by bank transfer, including SWIFT, into project escrow, never by card. The project then follows the build-and-sell process.

The model allocates net profit 75% to investors and 25% to the founder. All project examples remain subject to legal review.
